Education opportunities for RPCVs!

Education opportunities for RPCVs!

On Tuesday, April 21, at 12 – 12:30 p.m., the Carsey School of Public Policy at UNH is hosting a webinar for Returned Peace Corps Volunteers interested in attending graduate school at a Coverdell Fellowship partner institution. Through the Coverdell Fellowship program, RPCVs can receive $8,000 to attend the Carsey School. This amount represents nearly a third of the total tuition costs needed to pursue a master’s degree in either Community Development, Public Policy, or Public Administration at the Carsey School.

The webinar will feature a conversation between Michael Swack, Director of the Master in Community Development program, and RPCV and MCD alum Robert Ireland ‘15G. Robert served in Ukraine as a TEFL Peace Corps Volunteer before returning to New England and earning his graduate degree. Today, he serves as a development officer for the Lenox Library Association in Massachusetts.

To learn more about Robert’s experience in the Peace Corps, at Carsey, and beyond, please register for this 30-minute webinar at: http://unh.me/2BB650zgav0
