    Welcome to RPCVs of Gulf Coast Florida!

    We are a group of about two hundred people who have returned from service in the Peace Corps around the world.  The mission of our members is to work together to promote peace through cultural exchange and continuing service in our communities at home and internationally..  Our service projects --  advocacy, educational activities and social events -- provide us with opportunities to engage with other RPCVS in Florida, as well as anyone who has an interest in Peace Corps. We strive to fulfill the Third Goal of Peace Corps: Strengthen Americans' understanding of people and cultures of other countries.

     

    What We Do

    The goals of RPCVGCF are to unite returned volunteers in the area, to promote sustainable development throughout the world, and to engage in activities of equality and social justice. We currently support Newtown Alive/Sarasota African American Cultural Coalition, and we welcome input for further causes. Please join us as we grow!

    Connect

    We offer opportunities to socialize with other RPCV's as well as to learn about ways we can share our experiences with others. We host periodic events, including fun and enriching social get-togethers.
